What’s Happening:

Democrats frequently complain about Republican campaign financing, donors, and how money is handled. They have tried to nab President Trump on this multiple times, but never like to call out their own for violations.

What will they say about this recent development?

The House’s “squad” is made up of four, far-left, self-proclaimed socialists. They have caused no end of trouble for Democrats. It looks like one of them has brought a bit more trouble.

Because an ethics committee just found Rashida Tlaib guilty:

Rep. Rashida Tlaib has been ordered to repay $10,800 to her campaign committee to account for the salary she had paid herself from her campaign coffers after she had been elected to Congress in 2018.

The bipartisan House Ethics Committee found the Michigan Democrat’s violation “was one of bad timing and not ill intent.” The committee ordered her to pay $10,800 of the $17,500 she received from her campaign in 2018. Congressional candidates are allowed to draw paychecks from their campaigns, but payments are only allowed during an active candidacy.

The House Ethics Committee found that Tlaib violated campaign finance rules when she paid herself $17,500 from her 2018 campaign funds.

The committee is requiring her to pay back $10,800 of those funds. The bipartisan group gave the Democrats some protection by saying the violation was one of “bad timing and not ill intent.”

But, are they sure that’s true?

How do they know she just messed up the timing? Did she forget that the campaign was over?

You know, you have to date checks, right? The law is very clear that campaign money can’t be used outside of the time the campaign exists.

After the election is over, no more campaign. So, that money could not be used after that.

Does Tlaib not own a calendar? Did her staff not bother to let her know of this all-important rule?

What’s interesting is that the committee admits she broke the rule and is even requiring her to pay the money back.

But they stop at saying she meant ill intent. How would they even know? Can they read Tlaib’s mind? If she was paid $17,500 and has to pay back $10,800, thats over 60% of the funds. If she overpaid herself by 60%, it seems she continued to receive payment long after she had already taken office and was no longer a candidate.

Remember when the Director of the FBI, James Comey, revealed that Hillary Clinton broke the law when she sent classified documents over her unsecured private server?

He gave her a pass because he claimed she didn’t intend to break the law. Since when does that get people out of punishment?

Can I drive through red lights and just tell the cop, “Sorry, I didn’t intend to break the law. My timing was just off”?

Something tells me the cop won’t buy that claim. But when a Democrat in the House is in hot water, her buddies appear to give her a pass.

Boy, this is rich. Adam Schiff is joining with liberal senators Feinstein and Harris to push for a 9/11-style commission to investigate the government’s response to the virus pandemic.

Hey, I’m all for a probe—so we can prevent future crises. But look who’s behind this scheme?

Two Senate Democrats and the man who pushed impeachment!

They claim this commission will be “bipartisan.” Then why didn’t they approach a single Republican to c0-sponsor the bill?

Schiff said this isn’t about casting “blame.” M-hm. Are you buying that?

Feinstein accuses the government of being slow “to respond to a major outbreak.” Why was that?

What was the government doing during the crucial months of December, January, and February?

Oh, they were busy pushing impeachment—forcing the Senate to put up with the left’s show trial.

I find it pretty ridiculous that three Democrats want a probe. This was the party that ignored the crisis as it grew overseas and forced the country to focus on a meaningless impeachment.

Are these liberals just trying to cover up their own failings? Do they think this trumped-up commission is going to be the nail in Trump’s coffin?

Remember, it was President Trump who was moving to confront the virus way back in January. He declared a national health emergency, formed a task force, and shut the border to China.

He did all that, while Democrat House managers tried to convince the Senate to remove him from office.

Maybe these Democrats should spend more time on ending this crisis? How about looking into providing more relief for small businesses the government forced closed?

The left has been trying to hurt Trump through this entire situation. But his approval has only gone up. Maybe they need to change tactics?

Before the coronavirus news really hit the U.S.—it looks like the D.C. swamp was doing what it does best.

They may have been profiting off their exclusive intel and power.

Four senators—along with others—were briefed on the virus spread before the rest of the country. They had what we could call “insider information” about what this virus had the potential to do.

So, you’d think they would have gotten their states ready, right? Maybe urge citizens to remain calm, but practice ways to stay safe?

Nope! It looks like these senators actually dumped all their stocks, expecting a market crash.

I kid you not.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California and three of her Senate colleagues reported selling off stocks worth millions of dollars in the days before the coronavirus outbreak crashed the market, according to reports…

Feinstein, who serves as ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and her husband sold between $1.5 million and $6 million in stock in California biotech company Allogene Therapeutics, between Jan. 31 and Feb. 18, The New York Times reported.

Wow. Dianne Feinstein and four other senators sold off millions worth of stock, right before the coronavirus crash.

It seems like they knew ahead of time that this virus was about to hit us hard. So now they are being accused of  using insider knowledge to make bank, before other investors had a chance to prepare.

If that’s true, it’s pretty ruthless, if you ask me. In fact, those kinds of drastic actions might have actually helped encourage the market crash.

The senators in question are trying to deny blame or push it on others. Feinstein even said it was her husband who sold the stocks.

Yeah, because she had no idea what her husband was doing with million-dollar stocks. Are you buying that?

And now leaders in Congress—and across the country—are demanding serious consequences.

“I don’t care if you’re Republican or Democrat,” tweeted Charlie Kirk, a prominent conservative activist and chair of Students for Trump. “If you trade with inside info to enrich yourself during a crisis you are a disgrace. Resign, apologize, and donate all earnings to families of victims of China Virus.”

Numerous leaders, both liberal and conservative, are calling out these senators. They are demanding that they resign and donate the money they made off their stock dump.

It’s really quite amazing to see people like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Charlie Kirk in agreement over something. That’s how outrageous this situation is.

In business, if you buy or sell stock based on information only you know about, it’s called “insider trading.” People have gone to jail over it.

Are U.S. senators going to get a pass on it—right as a major crisis hits our country? Give me a break.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a Democrat or a Republican, this is concerning. These leaders should face due process and a fair investigation.

But if they are found guilty of wrongdoing, they should lose their jobs and give those profits to people in need.

It would be terrible if you remember that Joe Biden voted for the Iraq War in 2003. Most senators did.

Meanwhile, businessmen like Donald Trump predicted the worst. And was proven right.

You know how that war went. We still struggle with the aftermath, all these years later.

Joe Biden would be very happy if you forgot his support for that conflict. But two veterans confronted him about it.

The former VP did not handle it well.

Wow. It’s hard to really describe this exchange. Two veterans confronted Biden over his support of the Iraq War.

Remember, this was a war that led to near-countless civilian losses. It cost America many lives. So many young men and women were lost.

But when asked about it—by two veterans—Joe Biden turned his back on them. Not great, Joe, not great.

What would a real leader do in this situation? Years have passed since 2003, but the pain still lingers for many.

I’m guessing a good leader would man up to his mistakes. Admit he was wrong to support a war in Iraq.

Perhaps try to make amends with these veterans? Maybe vow to put our warriors first, supporting them?

Not Joe! When his attempt to guilt them didn’t work, he just walked away.

Dude, you’re trying to win an election! Have you spent so much time in D.C. that you forgot that Americans LOVE our veterans?

Hey, D.C. might have given our soldiers the shaft time and again. But we haven’t forgotten them.

Does Joe Biden really think he can win over voters—by treating veterans like this?

Compare that to how Donald Trump treats our vets. Not only does our president love and admire our soldiers, but he’s done a lot to help them.

He’s turned around the VA, which was notorious for mistreating our heroes. Thanks to Trump, they are finally getting the help they need.

Meanwhile, Joe turns his back. Don’t be surprised to see this video again in the coming months.

Trump won’t let Americans forget what Joe did. Neither will we.

President Trump hit back today as his lawyers finally got their chance to make their case. It is a strong case and they have wide latitude after the Dems implosion.

Schiff and Nadler did the only thing they could not – piss off the handful of swing GOP Senators who will determine the next steps in the trial.

Trump’s lawyers were on their game and quickly pulled an ace from their sleeve and ended the Dems argument and exposed the flaw absolutely fatal to Schiff’s case.

Mark Meadows remarked: “Trump’s legal team is on the floor methodically shredding the impeachment case. Turns out, things aren’t so slam dunk for House Democrats when the President gets a chance to respond. Imagine that.”

Another day, another devastating loss for the left and Alyssa Milano in particular. Milano led a Hollywood boycott of the great state of Georgia over a new abortion bill.

Many productions have pulled out of Georgia or threatened to while others have taken a wait and see attitude as the law has not officially taken effect. They hope to see it changed or even tossed by the courts.

Not Clint Eastwood who overruled Milano and her Hollywood friends and will film his new movie in Georgia no matter what.

From CNS: Despite the boycott of filming in Georgia launched by Hollywood liberals angry over the state’s new pro-life “Heartbeat” law, legendary actor/director Clint Eastwood will be making his latest movie, “The Battle of Richard Jewell,” in Atlanta this summer, reported NBC Charlotte and other media.

“Clint Eastwood will perform new film in Georgia despite abortion bill boycott,” tweeted NBC Charlotte on June 25. The movie is about Richard Jewell, a police officer and security guard who discovered a bomb at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Ga., and saved countless lives. Jewell was initially hailed as a hero and then was viewed as a suspect.

The liberal media criticized Jewell relentlessly and essentially practiced “trial by media.” Eventually, however, Jewell was completely exonerated and the real bomber, Eric Rudolph, was captured. Jewell sued NBC, CNN, and the New York Post for libel and won large settlements. His lawyer, L. Lin Wood, is the same lawyer now representing the Covington Catholic kid Nicholas Sandmann in defamation lawsuits against CNN and the Washington Post.

The heartbeat bill in Georgia prohibits abortion once a baby’s heartbeat starts, which is usually six weeks into pregnancy. The bill, signed into law in May, allows exceptions in the cases of rape, incest, or if the mother’s life is at serious risk.

One of the lead Hollywood activists to protest the new law is Alyssa Milano, and she helped organize the boycott of the Peach State.

In a letter to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, Milano — joined by 40-plus other actors and Hollywood activists — wrote, “As actors, our work often brings us to Georgia. We’ve always found your state to be populated with friendly and caring people. We’ve found the hotels in which we stay and restaurants in which we dine while filming there to be comfortable and of a high quality. We’ve been glad to bring billions of dollars in revenue to support Georgia’s schools, parks, and communities.

“But we cannot in good conscience continue to recommend our industry remain in Georgia if H.B. 481 [heartbeat bill] becomes law…. [W]e will do everything in our power to move our industry to a safer state for women if H.B. 481 becomes law. You have a choice, gentlemen. We pray you make the right one.”

The letter was signed by many Hollywood personalities including Alec Baldwin, Billy Baldwin, David Arquette, Don Cheadle, Jon Cryer, Laura Dern, Lena Dunham, Mia Farrow, Ashley Judd, Zoe Kravitz, Brie Larson, Eva Longoria, Many Moore, Rosie O’Donnell, Patton Oswalt, Sean Penn, Natalie Portman, Emma Roberts, Mark Ruffalo, Amy Schumer, Ben Stiller, and Naomi Watts.

Some of the actors slated to work on the Eastwood film include Kathy Bates, Olivia Wilde, Jon Hamm and Sam Rockwell.

Clint Eastwood, 89, has worked in television and movies since the mid-1950s. He has won 13 Academy Awards (nominated 40 times) and won 8 Golden Globe awards (nominated 32 times).
